These tests are being carried out in a fully automated chemistry analyser, XL-640 (Erba Transasia), Cobas e411, Beckmann Coulter, Cobas 6000, ABG analyser Cobas 221, HPLC (BioRad D10).

Research of Biochemistry

• The department of Biochemistry is involved in interdisciplinary and collaborative research environment focused to understand the biochemical aspects in relation to molecular and clinical aspects of diseases and to develop interventional therapies. Department is also working in the direction to establish specialized centre for screening of genetic inborn errors of metabolism and develop dedicated molecular biology laboratories. Faculties are also working to initiate various national and international collaborative research projects in the department.
